These tests are essential because they ensure that all equipment is operating safely, and in a way that will maximize its use. Our technicians will preform an array of tests, including manual chain hoist of up to 25 tons, electric chain hoist of up to 25 tons, and air tuggers and winches of up to 5 tons.
Our recertification process is recorded by our in-house quality assurance department to ensure that industry standards are upheld, and include a variety of tests and maintenance, including load tests to 100% and 125% rated capacity, vehicle hoist inspections, and the 25-ton test bench: tuggers, pneumatic (air) hoists, and chain hoists. Our tests are always preformed by technicians with extensive experience and knowledge in the field. The crane recertification process will involve inspections and repairs.
