Re-Certification and Load Testing

We offer Re-Certification and Load Testing for:

  • Manual chain hoist (up to 25 tons)

  • Electric chain hoist (up to 25 tons)

  • Air Tuggers and winches (up to 5 ton)

Our Certification process is rigorous and is documented in our in-house quality assurance department to meet all industry standards.

We offer:

  • We load test to 100% and 125% rated capacity

  • Log Book/Daily Crane Inspection

  • Vehicle Hoist Inspection

  • On site – Mobile chain hoist inspections and load tests: Up to 5 tons

  • 25 ton test bench: tuggers / pneumatic (air) hoists / chain hoists

  • Magnets / Spreader Bars

  • Load Limiters: Supply, inspection, calibrate and repair

  • Factory trained technicians

  • Inspections

  • Testing

  • Repairs

  • Certification - load test certifcation and inspection reports provided
